Packages that would be delivered to your USA postal address on Monday will be sent on Tuesday. Packages delivered on Tuesday will be sent on Wednesday, and so on.
We hope that in the near future, more frequent flights will facilitate the process of receiving your parcels more quickly in Georgia.The average terms of delivery range from 7 to 10 days maximum.
If you prefer to automatically use Will Call service at branch locations, please change the branch settings under your Account Profile -> Parameters.
If you will decide not to use the branch location at any time later, you can disable or enable it per shipment under your account, on the left side.

If several parcels are ready to be delivered to Georgia on the same flight, and the subtotal cost of those goods exceeds the predefined norm of 300 GEL, you will also have to pay the customs duties.

Package weight is rounded with 100g increaments, with the minimum of 100g per package.
After receiving an invoice if there is enough money in your account, the transportation cost will be covered automatically. If there is not enough money, you will be informed about it by e-mail.
You can check the status of the balance in the Parcel Control Panel section.In addition, you may feel free to select the payment method that is most appropriate for you: instant payments by TBCPay and Paybox, also Visa/Master Card, and transfer by bank.
Please take into consideration a transaction fee that accompanies each payment method.

You can also receive notifications by Email & SMS. To activate notification system, please check the left menu under your account -> Parameters-> notification settings.
For your benefit, it’s desirable to add parcel tracking codes that you’ve been given from an online shop as soon as you receive them. This is a very important procedure that helps to avoid parcel misidentification.
After those parcels are delivered to Georgia, you will receive a transportation invoice. Pay the charged amount and pick up your parcel from an office, or wait till the courier brings it to your address.
If you do not want to receive news about the Company's services, you can uncheck the notifications.
If you want to withdraw the parcel yourself, please check the "Visit to the office" option.
The amount that you add to your balance will appear as transferred, and paid invoices will show a “paid” status. Furthermore, the commission fees associated with various methods of payments will always be indicated. Transactions are reflected immediately in our program.
Shopping in online stores
However, each online store has its own peculiarities and specifications. For example some of them may not consider international credit cards as a valid source of payment, or may decline a transaction for other reasons.
Take into consideration that we don’t provide any consultations associated with the purchasing process. Our main function is to safely transport those goods from USA to Georgia.
As a matter of fact, online shops offer 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 day postal service at different prices. It’s up to you to choose the terms of transportation and the period of ground shipping.
• The shop accepts only USA credit cards• The shop sends products only to an address that is registered on the credit card (shop checks the Billing address) • The shop cannot establish communication with the buyerThere are two solutions to this problem, but we cannot guarantee that your product will be sent: 1. You can contact the shop itself and send them your credit card information by some other means, for example a scanned image of it.2. Contact the bank and ask them to add your American address in the section of “additional info” or “alternate shipping address.” Unfortunately we aren’t able to remove or cancel the blockage on your credit card; also we cannot assist you with the delayed parcel’s sending process. Please note that we provide the transportation for your parcel, and are a third party to your transaction. We do not have any ability to intervene in the purchasing procedures.
Sometimes, the shop checks whether Shipping and Billing addresses are compatible. If they are not, the money on your credit card may be blocked.
In the near future, we plan to issue our own American credit card, with which you’ll be able to purchase online without any difficulties.

If you are not able to provide the purchase order, the parcel will be evaluated by customs according to the market prices.
If the prices of the items exceed 300GEL you will need to make custom clearance.
Also check the amount of money that was transferred from your credit card and the details of the online purchase. If the shop did not send the product due to some technical reason, than the parcel definitely wouldn’t be among received items.
There are very rare situations when packages can be lost in transit. If the parcel hasn’t reached our warehouse, we cannot assist you. You should contact the online shop from which you’ve ordered the package and ask for compensation, or demand the product to be sent once again.
USA2GEORGIA is the known shipper per TSA.GOV (Transportation Security Administration). USA2GEORGIA complies with TSA’s regulations and procedures.
Please take into consideration that according to our rules, you must present an identity card, passport, or new driving license in order to receive the parcel from the courier.
The following types of products can be transported
• Fragrances (Not subject to cut-down service. Packages are sent with original shipping box)
• Food supplements for sportsmen
• Vitamins and medicines that don’t need special transportation permission to Georgia (up to 10 package)
• Creams and perfumery products that aren’t flammable

• Explosive substances or products, for example cigarette lighter or fireworks
• Pornographic material
• Animals, plants, fish, birds, rodents, etc.
• Toxic materials
• Firearms, rifles, guns, as well as their parts and accessories
• Tobacco, narcotic substances, or plants and their seeds
• Products that contain a toxic substance called Azbest
• Stuffed (taxidermy) animals, bones, fur, ivory, etc.
• Real money – coins and bank notes of any country
• Journals and catalogs
• Pneumatic air guns without air container, optical shooter or any accessory.
• Airsoft guns, electro pneumatic paintball guns and any accessory
• Paintball guns without CO2 tanks and optical device
• Underwater hunting guns and their accessories
• Under preasure tanks of any type and size
• Stun Guns of any type
The following products that require Phytosanitary Inspection Certificate and/or Import certificate are permitted to import:
a) Plants or plant samples, up to 10kg, except plant seeds or plant matterials for breeding;
b) Plants or herbal products (with total value of up to 500 GEL) are permitted to import for the following cases:
b.a) Plants, threes, bushes, shrubs and the like… up to 5pc;
b.b) Up to 3kg of citrus products;
b.c) Up to 5kg of other fresh fruits or vegetables, or their combination;
b.d) Up to 20pc of cut flowers or plant twigs or their combination, or 1pc of some bouqet made of cut flowers, or made of cut flowers and twigs as a combination;
b.e) Up to 5pc of flowerpot;
b.f) Up to 2kg of flower bulbs or tubers or their combination;
b.g) Up to 5 package of seeds, 5g each;
b.h) Up to 30kg of some dry products made of plants. (9.12.2014 N 670)
Please note, that an above listing is not complete, since US Customs book for Restricted/Dangerous goods is too large and consists of many exceptions. USA2GEORGIA takes rights not to send certain product to Georgia per International Freight Forwarding rules and requirements.
Also, please note, that despite the above enlisted information, a customs officer still has the right to detain a parcel and demand additional explanations, for example the original invoice for statement of lower price, or some special document allowing you the transportation of the product. Always ask the shop to put an order or an invoice inside the box, and make sure you fill in the declaration form in your account.
If you send the prohibited products, we do not take responsibility for its confiscation.
To order the express courier service, the request must be made by clicking the button "Courier service" in the package control panel section.
Express Courier service fee for up to 10 kg and any quantities packages delivered to one customer is 3 GEL. From 10 kg to 20 kg packages - 6 GEL. If the weight of the package exceeds 20 kg, the service fee is calculated by the rate of 0.80 GEL per kg. (e.g.,if the package weighs 21.8 kg, the weight of the parcel shall be rounded to 22 kg and multiplied by 0.80 GEL). The approximate delivery time of the package is 2 working days.

For using the regional courier service please, request the arrived parcels section - by clicking the "Send me parcels" button from your account. Accordingly, parcels will be sent to the city you specified in your account.
