Basically they do nothing for your money. I've applied my TaxID, invoice, other documents, but they can't even write how-to instruction with screenshots and examples to pass customs successfully. Spent several days already to somehow pay for customs (it is NOT CLEAR!!), parcel still not cleared, and they just send same emails again and again and again). Guys, have you tried to work a bit? At least to the point that your customers will understand what to do step by step?

I do not trust this company anymore. 2 times in a row items were not delivered in the locker I had assigned. Email and SMS notifications are not working as intended and they can't fix technical issues.

looks like a scam, my parcel was delayed 2 times, and after 3 weeks still, nothing was received, no information, and nobody contacted me. Never use this app. 🚫
